Terms of Service

By accessing the InvestorSupercharged platform or subscribing to our weekly hot lists, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Subscription License

InvestorSupercharged grants you a non-transferable, revocable license to access our property hot lists solely for your internal business use in sourcing and executing real estate transactions. Redistribution, bulk reselling, or white-labeling of the data is strictly prohibited.

2. Zone Restrictions and Saturation Capping

To maintain efficacy for all subscribers, we strictly limit each metro zone to a maximum of 10 active subscriptions. Account sharing, credential leakage, or deliberate list reselling will lead to immediate account termination without refund.

3. Fees and Billing

Subscription fees are billed automatically in advance on a recurring monthly cycle. All transactions are securely handled by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your dashboard.
