Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InvestorSupercharged ("ISC", "the Service"), operated by 3WB Holdings, LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ISC provides real estate investment analysis tools including comparable sales data, property valuations, rental estimates, cash flow calculators, and market analytics. Data is sourced from publicly available county records and government databases.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Access requires a paid subscription. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and remain active through the end of the billing period. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Prices are subject to change; your rate is locked for the duration of your active subscription.

4. Data Disclaimer

All property data, valuations, ARV estimates, rent estimates, and cash flow projections are estimates for informational purposes only. They do not constitute appraisals, investment advice, or lending commitments. Data may contain errors, omissions, or delays. Always verify with licensed professionals before making investment decisions.

5. Not a Licensed Broker or Appraiser

ISC is a software platform. We are not a licensed real estate broker, appraiser, financial advisor, or lender. We do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not: (a) resell, redistribute, or scrape data from ISC without written permission; (b) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (c) attempt to circumvent subscription limits or access controls; (d) share account credentials.

7. API Usage

API access is available to Pro subscribers only. API usage is subject to rate limits. Excessive or abusive API usage may result in suspension.

8. Limitation of Liability

ISC and 3WB Holdings, LLC shall not be liable for any investment losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from the use of or reliance on data provided by the Service. Use at your own risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, access to saved data and deal sheets will be revoked.
