1. Information We Collect

Account information: Name, email address, and hashed password stored securely on our servers.

Payment information: Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

Usage data: Search queries, saved searches, deal sheets, and feature usage for improving the product.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the Service, process payments, send search alerts (if enabled), and communicate about your account. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) and Vercel infrastructure. Both providers maintain SOC 2 compliance.

4. Property Data

Property data displayed on ISC is sourced from publicly available county records, government databases, and public filings. This data is not collected from users.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use a preview access cookie during private testing.

6. Email Communications

We send transactional emails (signup confirmation, payment receipts) and saved search alerts via SendGrid. You can disable alerts from your dashboard.

7. Third-Party Services

We use: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Google Maps (map display). Each has their own privacy policy.

8. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, data is retained for 90 days then deleted. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.

9. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@investorsupercharge.com.
