How does the weekly hot list delivery work?
Every Saturday morning, we deliver a fresh CSV dataset of verified distressed, pre-foreclosure, and probate properties direct to your dashboard and email inbox. This dataset is compiled straight from court records matching your subscribed metro zone.
Why are subscriptions capped at 10 per zone?
Over-saturation ruins deals. By limiting access to exactly 10 active investors per metropolitan zone, we ensure that you are competing against a small handful of buyers, not hundreds of spammers using generic templates.
Can I subscribe to both Residential and Commercial lists?
Yes. Residential and Commercial are separate data feeds compiled by different scrapers and court-checking tasks. You can subscribe to them individually or bundle them at checkout.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. All subscriptions are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime directly from your billing portal, powered securely by Stripe.
